1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Once you submit a booking inquiry, our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm details and payment terms. A deposit is required to secure your booking.

2. Payment Terms

- A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking
- Final payment must be received 30 days before departure
- We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and digital wallets
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

3. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- Cancellations 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 30 days: No refund
- Dates can be rescheduled to a future trip with no penalty if done 45+ days in advance

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. While not mandatory, insurance protects you against unforeseen circumstances including cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip delays.

5. Passport & Visa Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates and that you have obtained all necessary visas. Infinity Voyages is not liable for entry denials due to documentation issues.

6. Health & Safety

Travelers are responsible for obtaining necessary vaccinations and health precautions as recommended for their destination. Infinity Voyages is not liable for health-related incidents or disease exposure during travel.

7. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, wars, etc.), Infinity Voyages reserves the right to modify or cancel tours. In such cases, full refunds or alternative dates will be offered.

8. Limitation of Liability

Infinity Voyages acts as a travel coordinator and is not responsible for services provided by airlines, hotels, restaurants, or tour operators. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the package.

9. Behavior & Conduct

Travelers agree to respect local cultures, laws, and customs. Infinity Voyages reserves the right to exclude or remove any traveler whose behavior is inappropriate or disruptive.
